What's great about it: Fast, powerful, intuitive, compact
What's not so great: type cover keyboard unreliable
If not for the type cover it would get a five star for sure. I love this thing. Starts in no time. Works all day on a charge. Weighs nothing. Very responsive and intuitive. I swear it reads my mind. Runs 8.1 which was a breeze to set up and personalize. Some glitches at first but now runs smoothly. Microsoft surface support people are very helpful but no one has a fix yet for the unreliable type cover. It is working now but who knows next time I have to restart the machine. Once keyboard is fixed my review will be adjusted to a five star. Yes, both keyboard and surface pro 2 have been replaced. Its a driver issue and an issue with Office 365 installation I suspect. Not sure yet.
This product is... responsive touch screen, Good sound quality, easy to set up, lightning fast, Perfect for Business, A nice compact size, Sharp graphics, Easy to navigate, Comfortable to hold, intuitive

Expandable memory via SD card

Both the original Surface RT and Surface Pro could expand their memories via SD card slots - does the Surface Pro 2 have the same capability?
Yes it does. Purchased one myself just to transfer data from old computer and keep picture library on.
