What's great about it: Easy to use, easy to move, easy to carry
What's not so great: None so far
Recently acquired Dyson vacuum after series of Hoover purchases that have fallen apart within 2 years. Spoke with a friend and learned they have their dyson for 10 years. Still great and does not have the ball type vacuum. So basically we buy as what it can do for many many many years.
the 5 years warranty is excellent plan compared to other Hoover's 2 years limited warranty. How can you beat Dyson warranty plan?
This product is or has... Enough suction that a single-pass does the job, Useful tools, Long enough cord, Easy to carry

Does this work for Hardwood floor without damaging it

Does this clean hardwood floor without scratching it ?
It appears it does not damage the wood floor as my wife use it several time. I only owned Dyson for 3 weeks so far. Will monitor that usages.
