What's great about it: Form factor and large HD touch screen.
What's not so great: Screen could be brighter.
Wi-fi works great! Looks like Acer finally fixed the wi-fi issues that were so common with their first generation R7. I am enjoying this laptops functionality and sturdiness. A bunch of the new laptops now feel really flimsy and cheep. This is a sturdy well built computer.

Acer, one thing, is the wifi fixed for the "refreshed" model?

Want acer to acknowledge if they noticed the 99% defective laptops in the original and I thought the refreshed was all about that fix plus little spec bumps. They didnt answer other guy whom asked so far and this is real important. Amazing laptop but needs the wifi fixed.
Yes. My wifi on my new 2nd gen R7 works great. This was a concern of mine as well. I think Acer has fixed the wifi issues for this model.
