Easy to use. Put it under your computer and plug the cord right into your USB port for the fan to turn on. I like how quiet it is. The only problem I have is that its a little small for underneath my laptop. My mistake, but I don't really know anyone who has a laptop this small unless its meant for netbooks which I did not see on the packaging.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great movie. It was very interesting to learn how these animals work. It was definitely a jaw dropping documentary. I was interested all the way through which is huge for me because I always get distracted during movies and play with my phone or laptop. It is definitely a good documentary and worth buying!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Its powered by your USB. You should just be able to plug it right in

can this be used with a 17.3 " laptop ?
Yep! Its wide enough that if you center it underneath your laptop you should be fine - there will only be a couple inches on each side that aren't resting on the mat. Just be careful not to smack the sides of your laptop because you may knock it off
