nice phone top notch build quality

The build quality of this phone is just awesome! Even though its a generation old now, its the best value for money phone at this price. BestBuy had shipped me an open box instead of a new, but they were very helpful in resolving the case.
Pros: Screen resolution, build, pretty snappy
Cons: purple/pink tint issue in the camera module reported by many users.
I would recommend this to a friend!

will it work outside united states on other carriers?

Its a good phone to use in US. But not a great phone to be used internationally. Some of the bands are missing. I know the LTE band used in Asia is missing.

Can I use this phone with other carrier, like t-mobile?

This is locked to AT&T. But you can easily get the unlock code by contacting them as you are paying the full price. You can use it will T mobile.

What is the full retail price of this phone without contract?

Why is everyone saying $199 is on contract, or has this been updated? What is the full retail price then?
Right now the price is $149 with no contract. It is locked to AT&T, but you can mail them and get the unlock code.
