Previously had a first generation front loading Samsung washer. After 10 years, it finally gave out via some sort of electrical glitch that couldn't be diagnosed. We like the new one so much more. Clothes come cleaner and more cycle options make it easier to get exactly the wash you want.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our new Samsung washer seems to spin out of control & we can't figure out why?

Removed shipping bolts, it's on level surface & we balanced out the little shoes on bottom. It still spins out of control during spin cycle to the point where it tries to leave the laundry room...
We had this problem with our first washer. One of the springs was not attached correctly. I opened the washer and saw the problem immediately. Only took a minute to reattach and washer worked great for over 10 years.
