Samsung Front-Loading Washer Latch

I am not sure where I bought my washing machine, however it is the same model on your website. The latch on the door broke, could you please tell me who I could contact to service the machine and if it is by BestBuy, approximately how much would it cost to replace the latch on the machine? Thank you.
If you bought the warrant, then I suggest you contact the number that it gives you or if you paid for it on a Best Buy Card, go online to your account. You could contact any Best Buy for customer service because they have about three companies that could provide service. I'm sure they could order the part and give you additional information to repair.

why does washer not fill up more than initial fill amount on "normal" cycle?

Under "rinse and spin" option the machine fills up to initial fill level and then "full" level as shown in trouble shooting section on Samsung website. Does not do this when selecting "normal" wash on dial (using same temp and spin options, normal soil level). Only fills up to initial level on normal wash - not enough water to clean clothes. Suspected this when washing first two loads - did not look like enough water in use. Then ran empty load under both of these load options - "rinse and spin" vs "normal" and noticed washer behaving differently, even for empty load. Why is this?
At this point I'm guessing because I use the efficiency washing mode. It appears to sense how much water is needed to get the clothes wet and to wash. All of my clothes are wet when I remove them to place in the dryer. We had the same concern that it didn't appear to be enough water to wash the clothes. I think it's to reduce water usage, but could contact Samsung customer service to get a definitive answer.

warranty - motor

Is there a 10 yr warranty on this machine as I've seen on other Samsung's from the manufacturer?
Yes, the Samsung 4.2 washer has a 10 year warranty on the motor. It should have a sticker on the machine and check the manual.
