I dont know what to do :( help!

It seems that Best Buy is no longer carrying the 8gb model that I have. I'm bummed because apparently after I bought this, Lenovo put out an updated version of the yoga 2 that had the improved "yellows" and the "fixed" wifi issues.

I looove this convertible but, I don't want this inferior model and am hoping that Best Buy gets in the newer model soon because I only have 2 weeks left to get a refund. It just doesn't seem fair to have to keep this "defective" model

If I explain this situation to management what is the possibility that they would extend the dates in which I can exchange or refund the product?
I believe Lenovo put out an updated BIOS that should fix the yellows and the wifi issues. Go download it from http://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles/76cn31ww.exe
