Watch great, charging cradle poor

I have had my Samsung Gear Live Smartwatch for 4 months. The watch itself is great. Using the Watchmaker app, you can customize to do exactly what you want and the convenience of the connection to your phone means leaving your phone in your pocket for a quick glance at texts, agenda, weather and fitness parameters.
Charge can last up to two days depending on use (when using with directions, I'd recommend muting to watch if you are using the phone for directions - the haptic feedback uses battery).
The biggest negative is the charging cradle. It is a very poor design in which you have to clip on the cradle. After 3 months of use the very small prominence that hold the cradle to the phone wore away. Samsung was very poor with replacing this - basically refusing without sending everything back to them, even though it is just a plastic cradle. Took 5 calls over a month to come to this final result (the first 4 calls told me that they would send a replacement cradle, but it never came and finally an account rep told me they wouldn't do it).
Bottomline, android wear system meets all the needs, just don't get it from Samsung. BTW bought the Sony for my son.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

connection with blue tooth

We can not connect the watch with the phone, we are following all the instruccions, could be a problem with the phone?
samsung gear live, we bought yesterday
I have had this happen twice. If you reset (not restart) phone, it will go through the connection process again.
