I have been using Sony VAIO for last 10 years and this is my first Asus laptop. After I purchased this laptop, I am so happy that I convinced 2 other friends to buy this laptop and 1 other friend to buy another Asus.
Battery Life
This particular machine is built solid. The battery life is exceptional. Believe it or not, it lasts for around 7 to 8 hours for me (I really wonder how), but I am very happy with the overall performance.
Customer Support:
I did have issues of the drivers initially when I upgraded it to Windows 8.1. Few things stopped working - Bluetooth, Asus install wizard, etc. The customer service is par excellent. You can reach a rep within minutes
Looks:
Looks do matter for me. The laptop is stunning. sure to draw attention
Display
Outstanding display. The 13.3 screen size 13.3 is perfect (atleast for me). HD display. You will be very happy
Sound
Bang and Olufsen sound - cannot complain
The only thing which I miss is larger SSD, but that can be changed later when I have some budget.

I am still getting used to Windows 8, but that has nothing to do with this product. Overall, this is a fantastic laptop.

This product is... Good sound quality, easy to set up, lightning fast, stunning, solid build, long ( i mean really long) battery life

Does this come with the Haswell processor?

Pretty sure this model does, but it doesn't mention it in the specs or the highlights, and I'd think this would be a selling point worth mentioning!
