I exchanged a galaxy s5 for an HTC One M8. 1. Build quality on m8 feels sturdier than s5. 2. Speaker placement, s5 speaker is placed in the back so if you're listening to music you would barely hear it. 3. htc sense just feels cleaner than s5 touchwiz.
S5 offers a lot of features that you probably wouldn't use in a daily basis or would forget about them. (S-health, heart rate detector, magazine, finger print lock and motion gestures). I felt like those features just slowed the phone.
S5 does have a better camera just point and shoot. M8 is best at low light setting and if you know how to adjust ISO, AWB, EV then you'd probably enjoy M8's camera.
Storage is s5 has 16gb and M8 has 32 gb both have expansion slots.
I'd recommend this phone to those who likes a cleaner UI, music listeners and for those who doesn't really look for an excessively featured phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is this phone a dual sim Phone? If so, how can I get it in Nigeria?

It's not a dual sim phone. however, it is unlocked for global use. Simply, insert a NIgerian sim card and you should be good to go. You may have to adjust data settings for you to get data coverage.

Does this new M8 have simultaneous voice & data?

Yes it does, I believe most 4G smartphones with Verizon now has simultaneous voice and date. but HTC One M8 and Galaxy S5 have them for sure since my wife and I have them. Hope this helps.
