What's great about it: Incredible wakeup and bootup times, very long battery life
What's not so great: Nothing.
If...IF, you get this laptop for what it is designed for, it is pretty awesome! Note, _Everything_ you run on this laptop must run in a Chrome browser, but with the proliferation of web-apps, this is really becoming less and less of an issue. Chromebooks fully support Flash but Not Java (I have not found the lack of Java support to be an issue in anyway). I write SW for a living and use computers all day both at work and at home. I realized that 90% of my home use I could use this type of laptop. It's super light at 2.4 lbs. Boot up from a powered off state takes 10-12 Seconds! Wake up from a sleep state, even with multiple browsers open, each with multiple tabs loaded, takes 2-3 Seconds! SO convenient to have laying around if you just want to check or send a quick email. The excellent battery life is upwards of 8 hours if not running streaming video. It has a built in HDMI port to feed video to a hi-def TV or larger monitor, it has 2 USB ports, a 2.0 and a 3.0 so you can use the 3.0 port with the new Very high speed flash drives if so desired. Another major plus for new and non-power users is: it runs Chrome OS (a modified version of a mature Linux kernel) that is designed for the hardware it is running on. This means NO drivers needed, no driver incompatibility issues Ever, no patches needed, no service packs needed, no incompatibility issues (Ever!), etc. Google does update the Chrome OS in the background every 6 weeks or so but this is 100% transparent to the user. Also, since it runs everything off of "the cloud" (it is a "thin web client"), all apps you run are always the latest version, you never even have to think about updating anything, it Never accumulates the multitude of small downloaded files Windows machines get, it Never gets spamware loaded that slows it down, your local drive (a 16Gb SSD) Never gets cluttered with all of the nonsense files that you don't even know where they came from the way Windows based computers do. If you are a new user, one of the Chromebook books from Amazon would help (such as "My Google Chromebook"). Also, get a 4 Gb flash drive so you can create a "recovery flash drive" in case you ever need one.
All in all, if you plan to mostly use this laptop for web browsing, email, documents and spreadsheets using Google Docs, web based games, that sort of thing, I cannot recommend it highly enough! My _Only_ complaint is the built in speaker has very poor sound, but with the built in Bluetooth, you can easily feed the sound to an external Bluetooth speaker or headphones. This is a 3rd generation Chromebook and is a very mature product.
This product is... A touch pad that works great, poor sound quality, A nice compact size, easy to set up, lightning fast, excellent battery life

Absolutely. Fully supports Flash.
