I have an Ipad mini with retina display...the mini 2, and love it. I've been trying to find the best keyboard folio case for it for the last couple weeks.
I love the design and feel of these Zagg folio keyboard cases, but be aware that there are quite a few different model numbers of this basic design Zagg case for the ipad mini family, and they're not all the same.
This particular one, model BZKMHFBKLIT103, is designed for the Ipad Mini...NOT the Ipad mini with retina display..aka the mini 2 and mini 3. The Best Buy website states in the heading for this folio,
"Case for Apple Ipad Mini, Ipad mini2 and Ipad mini 3"
That is NOT accurate. I ordered this case specifically because the website stated it was for the mini 2 and 3. When I received it, the box said ONLY that it was designed for the Ipad mini...no mention of the 2 or 3. When i put my Ipad mini 2 into the case, one corner would pop out every time I removed my finger from pressing it in. It didn't fit properly. I'm sure it would fit great with an Ipad Mini, but NOT a mini 2 or mini 3, which are a slight bit thicker.
Zagg makes other models of this exact same Folio case, which do state right on the box that they are for the Ipad Mini AND Ipad Mini with retina display...meaning the Mini 2 and Mini 3. I returned the incorrect model I had received and bought the correct one at my local Best Buy store last night. The new one states on the box that it is for the mini with retina display, and it fits my mini 2 perfectly.
This basic Zagg design is the best keyboard folio case I have found, and it fits my needs perfectly, just make sure the one you get is specifically designed for your model of Ipad Mini...don't rely on what the Best Buy website states. In this instance, the website is just flat out wrong.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will the ZaGGkeys Folio Keyboard Case fit both IPAD mini and new retina display?
I just bought a ZaGGkeys Folio Keyboard Case for a new IPAD mini - now, the case is on it's way and I'm thinking I may trade for an IPAD mini with the new Retina display. Will my new case fit the retina display as well as the old generation IPAD mini?
This particular version of the Zaggkeys Folio Keyboard Case is designed for the Ipad Mini. An Ipad Mini 2 or 3, the ones with the retina display, are a small bit thicker, and this case, the model BZKMHFBKLIT103, does not work well with them. One corner of my Ipad Mini with retina display, the mini 2, would pop out of the case every time I removed my finger from pressing it in place. The mini 3 is identical size wise to the mini 2, and the same thing would happen if you tried this case with that.
