What's great about it: Lots of settings
What's not so great: Lid lock is annoying and kinda noisy
Only had a short time now but have done about 30 loads so far. Works great. I haven't been able to actually pause it and unlock the lid (only tried twice - really, how often do you need to re-open the lid), had to stop it and restart that cycle again. Easily done and LED lights tell you which cycle it was on (pay attention before you cancel cycle).
Kinda noisy. It's acceptable during awake hrs. but do not run while going to bed if you sleep within 20 feet. Unfortunately my bedroom sits directly above the laundry area.
Overall a good machine for the $$$$$$$.

How fast should the agitator move?

Seems slow compare to my last Whirlpool. I am concerned that it is not moving fast enough
to create the agitation to wash properly. Sounds like it is on delicate cycle. Just got the
machine and am trying first wash.
Cleans really well but don't know about the actual speed due to the lid lock feature. Had a pair of really grimey jeans that I had wore a few times (due to no washer) to work on the car with and they came out great, grease spots gone and ground in VISIBLE dirt all gone!!
