Let me start by saying the 900c has one of the best pictures I've seen but is plagued by light leaks mainly along the bottom corners. You wont notice it unless you watch movies in low light with dark scenes such as the movie Fury where they are inside the tank. It looked like they had a night light on in the bottom right corner. I found myself constantly distracted while watching movies which drove me crazy. If you just watch cable and network stuff in a well lit room you probably won't notice the leakage issues. But if you are the type to dim the lights and watch a blu-ray movie keep shopping. It seems the super thin screen has something to do with it. I'm not sure why Sony would try to make a screen so thin and create problems such as this as I really don't care if my Tv hanging on the wall is as thin as a cell phone, It's really not that important. I thought about keeping it but was concerned that it may get worse as time passes and then I would be stuck with it. Disappointed with Sony for letting something like this hit the market. BestBuy was great about returning it as usual and I picked up the LG UH8500 and couldn't be happier.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great when it was working. Power adapter went bad after 6 months, still waiting on Swann to respond to my warranty request. They don't seem to be in a hurry, 3 days now. Went ahead and purchased a Q-See dvr and got back running. Sad to see the lack of support by Swann

What's great about it: Very functional
What's not so great: Needs a magnetic catch
Love the case and the functionality. Looks and fits great on the phone. It actually replaces the back cover of the phone and being made by Samsung I'm sure it will maintain the IP-67 standard for water resistance. The only thing that could be improved would be to have a magnetic catch to keep it closed. I don't have a problem with it staying closed but in case I dropped the phone it would be nice to have it not open on the way down. I have seen a magnetic catch that is made by a 3rd party to attach to the case but $10 is a bit much. Good purchase
This product has... Attractive design, Easily fits in pocket/purse, A nice compact size, good fit

This Samsung case flips open, allowing you to easily access your Samsung Galaxy Note 3 cell phone's display, and flips closed, letting you keep your device's screen protected during transport. The S-view window enables an interactive experience.
Can you use the home button when case is closed? Also, does S voice work with case closed?
S-Voice does not work with the case closed, nor can you see or use the home button. If you can I have not figured a way to do it. You can answer calls with the case closed though. It has a cutout for the ear piece and the mic is not covered by the case.

Is the window completely open? Or does it have plastic to protect the screen when closed? THanks
It does have a plastic window, it is fairly rigid but thin enough to use the touch screen.
