I purchased these in February of 2015. They went bad within a couple months. Apple replaced them. The replacements went bad a couple months later. Apple replaced them. They have now gone bad again and I have sent them in and am waiting for a replacement. All 4 pairs went bad after sweaty workouts on the treadmill of about 25 to 30 minutes. it generally starts with the volume buttons not working. Then after a few more workouts, the power stops working. If you let them sit a few days, they might start working again, but they will quit again or shut off after just an hour or so. If you are looking for headphones to workout with, find ones that say water proof. The water / sweat resistance of these is a joke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Decent sound and battery. Not good for doing exercises on your back, because they want to fall off. Be careful with the earpieces. The magnets do not hold them in place well when stored. You will want to find someway to protect them. I do not know a good way unless there is some case for them that I am unaware of. Battery life is impressive. Support from LG is horrible. I needed to seemed mine in because no sound in right ear after 10 months. No request was made for a receipt and they sent them back because I did not provide one. I am in the process of attempting to send again. Currently, I recommend no LG products because of how this was handled. I will update if LG makes good on their product, but I am still disappointed in the initial response. I now also own a pair of Beats by Dre PowerBeats2 that work great for exercising and are durable. I highly recommend spending the money to get these instead of the LG.

I bought this on sale in December. They went bad in February. The volume control stopped working. Then it stopped pairing.
I think the problem is that it is not actually sweat resistant, despite the box saying that it is. Sweat goes down from the ear piece to the control when I run. Then it gets into the control. then it disconnects and does not ever work correctly again. I am hoping Best Buy will let me return these and I plan to spend more and get the Beats ones. Hoping for better quality with them. Need headphones that last more than 2 workouts.
I contacted Jabra online just before this. I feel the product is absolute junk, so any response they give is really not relevant. I recommend these to no one.
First time, I attributed it to just a fluke, but 2 in a row. that is just poor quality.

what is the talking and listening distance away from the phone?
about 30 feet. This is true of almost every Bluetooth device.

Does it work with voice commands?
You can use Siri with an iPhone. I d not know first hand with Android, but I suspect it would work with that as well.

Can you use them while working out?
Yes, however with exercises such as bench press, they will slide off of your neck. If you tuck the part that goes around your neck under your shirt, it will hold in place long enough to do a set. They work decent for running, but every mile or so, you will need to adjust the position on your neck, because they like to move. Once they move a little, they want to go further since the weight is no longer balanced. It's not a huge pain, but is annoying once you have used something like Beats by Dre PowerBeats 2 that clip over the ear. Also, watch the ear pieces when in storage, so the wire does not yank it. then magnets do not hold it in place well in storage.

I doubt it.
Your TV would need to have blue tooth.
These are blue tooth headphones, so they need to be able to pair with a device that supports blue tooth. If the TV supports blue tooth, they should pair fine, but I don't know many or actually any TVs that do.
You might be able to buy a blue tooth adapter that plugs into a headphone port or the audio out from the TV.
Even so, I would recommend that you buy a different set of headphones. I have had two go bad just from some sweat running from the ear to the control.
