What's great about it: Outstanding Picture
What's not so great: Smart Remote Set up
Great TV, a bit on the expensive side buit when comparing the quality of the picture I was pleased to know that the extra money spent was well worth it. The out of the box calibration is just that out of the box. Once you find the best calibration settings online the TV comes to life. Spend the extra money in the long run you'll thank me!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Difference between this and UN60F7100AFXZA

What is the difference between this tv and UN60F7100AFXZA. When I did the compare I couldn't see much difference. This costs way more than UN60F7100AFXZA
The main difference is the back lighting type. The 7100 has an LED (edge-lit w/micro dim) where as the 8000 has an LED (edge-lit w/ local-dim). The local Dim is by far the best on the market and provides better blacks and more vivid colors. The 7100 has a dual-core processor where as the 8000 comes with a Quad-Core processor, which means faster web browsing.
