This 2nd generation WD My Cloud Mirror 8TB hard drive lets you create your own cloud storage with a RAID 1 setup that stores your content on 1 drive and backs it up on the 2nd. Expand the drive easily with dual USB 3.0 ports.

Eight months later, continues to work flawlessly.

Although many reviews did not rate this storage unit favourably compared to some other units, for home use I felt that it offered excellent value. It was priced complete with drives for what some other units cost without drives. It was easy to set up, and ever since it has just plain worked away quietly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will it work in a dell latitude e6420 ? Thanks

I can't see any reason why not. I have the unit attached to my wireless router, making it part of my home network. My Dell desktop is wired to the router, and my laptop connects via wi-fi. As I see it, any device that is part of your home network can make use of the device. I can't see any reason why your Latitude wouldn't work perfectly satisfactorily directly connected to the drive.
