The sodastream is a great idea that doesn't deliver well. Some flavors are great (anything cranberry) but otherwise you find yourself wanting real soda after a while. As a diabetic, I found the diet options to be good especially if you shop online. Some say its healthier that bottled but I can't comment on that. I will say that the savings in money isn't great once you figure in cost of flavoring, carbonation canister, and water filter (recommended for better taste).
I would recommend this to people that hate hauling bottles of soda and are looking for diversity in soda they can't find at their local store.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WILL THIS WORK WITH CRYSTLE LITE ?

I drink altot of crystal light and was wondering will the soda stream work to make it carbonated ?
You only carbonate the water. You can add the crystal light afterwards. Also they sell crystal light flavoring for the sodastream. You may or may not like the taste of either. Its kinda like using club soda instead of water. If you like the taste of that then the machine might be a good purchase. Hope this helps.

Can I use juice concentrate instead of prepackaged soda?

Before I buy this I would like to make sure it is going to do what I want. I have a lot of allergies to artificial sweeteners and preservatives and I would like to add my own fruit juice or juice concentrate so that I can control my sugar or calorie intake. Will I be able to add my own additive?
I see no reason why you couldn't. The machine just carbonates the water. You add the flavoring afterwards. I don't know if it will taste good. I have added powder drinks and juice in the past. Made for interesting concoctions. I wish you luck and I hope it works out well for you.
