What's great about it: Small Size, nice layout,
What's not so great: Single Dead Pixel, Keyboard frame flex,
I needed a small and light weight laptop with a high resolution(1080) display and long battery life. It has everything I wanted in a portable laptop except SSD. I liked the fact that I could upgrade the RAM easy enough on a ultra book. I can confirm you will get 6 hours of battery on this when screen brightness is at 50%. I even managed to squeeze 10h when turning screen brightness to 0%.Overall, the laptop works fine for my everyday email, word, and internet usage.
What I didn't like it the one dead pixel on my screen. Since this is for business, I didn't return it. The keyboard metal around the keyboard keys tend to flex upward; just annoying. The ports on the side are a little to close when connect bigger usb keys, blocks the other port from being used.This would be the case for any laptop.
Note: I upgraded the ram by adding 8gb stick moving the ram up to 10GB (2gb is non-removable and attached to the board). Just be aware that two screws are under the rubber feet, but I didn't take those off and was able to squeeze in enough to replace the memory

Does this come with Microsoft Office?

It states in the description that it includes a trial for MS Office 365, but what about the regular suite?
No. You will have to purchase Office.

Does this come with the 24gb SSD?

Some of the other models of the Asus Zenbook that I've looked up come with a 24gb SSD cache drive in addition to the 500gb HDD, for faster loading time (2 second on). It doesn't specify whether this is included in this model, so I'd like to clarify whether it is or not?
The information on the product is wrong when it says 18gb SSD. It comes with a 24GB SSD. But keep in mind that you can't use it for files and is managed by ASUS HYBRID technology.

Is there a way to connect to the internet using a wired connection?

I saw in a customer review that the customer used a usb ehternet cable. Is this true? Does the laptop have this capability? Is this cable included in the box? Thanks.
Yes, This laptop comes with a USB to Ethernet connector. This will allow you to connect to a wired connection.

Does this come with the Haswell processor?

Pretty sure this model does, but it doesn't mention it in the specs or the highlights, and I'd think this would be a selling point worth mentioning!
