What's great about it: Easy set up Great Price
What's not so great: N/A
Ownership one week. Wanted to make sure this washer was exactly what it was defined as being able to do. Yes, clean the clothes. Got it home set it up and we were off to washing CLEAN white clothes from the dresser. Well I thought it was clean, after the washer did its thing for about 15 minutes the CLEAN clothes made the water in the washer look like I had put dirty clothes in it. Yes thats correct the water was filthy from the clean clothes. Next I did clean towels, all one color with two different color wash cloths in to wash. Well, once again the water was dirty, but I already knew that was going to happen, I wanted to see proof the clothes actually moved around. Sure enough the wash clothes would disappear and then reappear after a short time. How do I know, yes I actually stood there and watched through the glass top. It was amazing!!! I'll never buy another washer with an agitator and would definately buy from Best Buy and a LG brand again. We also bought the dryer to match. HMMM it turned off when the clothes was dry, which was prior to the actual time indicated. Oh yes they do play music for you.
This product is or has... A great water saver, All the cycles I need, Energy efficient, Big enough capacity for a comforter, Doesn't vibrate my house, Great at getting tough stains out, Easy to use controls, amazing

Does this model come with the hoses? Or do they need to be purchased additionally?

Need to purchase them, I got stainless steel hoses.
