What's great about it: Speed, battery life, HDMI out, MicroSD, Bluetooth, light weight
What's not so great: Not the latest Android version, audio controls
Lots of bang for the buck with performance and features. This is replacing my gen1 Kindle Fire and the speed increase is really noticeable. Decent screen (though it does show way more fingerprint smudges than the Kindle). Volume controls are a bit close to the power button which can be an issue if you are trying to adjust while viewing. Hopefully will get an update to Android 4.2 at some point as I would love to have user profile controls.
This product is... responsive touch screen, Good sound quality, easy to set up, lightning fast, Variety of apps available, Sharp graphics, Easy to navigate, Great screen size, Comfortable to hold

Does it have a camera or just webcam?

It has only a front facing camera (2mp). While it does take still as well as video as it is front facing it would be a bit difficult to use as a "camera" and at 2mp the quality isn't great.
