I had two failed attempts at buying a 40" RCA TV at $270 apposed to the $250 I paid for this one. I got my RCA TV home, took it out of the box, and hung it on the wall. The next day while I was using the new TV, I noticed about 4 dead pixels across the screen when I turned it on. This lead to me taking it back to Best Buy. I exchanged it for the same TV in hopes of getting a better result. At this time I was very skeptical about Insignia. I got the NEW new RCA TV home and repeated the process. I turned it on, and sure enough, about 12 dead pixels were all over the screen. AGAIN I went back to Best Buy, returned the TV, but this time I tried the Insignia for $20 cheaper. It was very easy to set up, and it looks very nice on the wall. I have had no issues with this TV, and I have had it since early July. I highly recommend this TV; you will not be disappointed!

What's great about it: The picture was wonderful
What's not so great: The rest.
I bought this tv yesterday (7/2/14), and I used it for the night. The following morning, I noticed a couple of dead pixels, so I took the TV back. They gave me a new one, and when I got it home and turned it on, it had 6 dead pixels, straight out of the box. So again, I drive another 20 minutes to get to the store, and told them what happened and that I was upset, and I didn't even get an, "i'm sorry" from any of them. They just agreed with me that it was ridiculous. I ended up getting the 40 Inch Insignia, and it has been amazing so far, and it is $20 cheaper. Go with the Insignia.

What's great about it: Im lovin the windows 8; the keyboard and track pad work great along with the speed of the computer.
What's not so great: Havent found anything yet!
I purchased this computer today and so far it is really working well. Not only was the price low, but the computer runs really fast. Ive heard people complain about windows 8, but it really complements this computer very well. I bought this for school, and I think it is going to work great. It was between this and an HP Pavilion. after seeing the Pavilion in store, I wasn't sold on it. An employee sold me on this one, and for the same price, I get the same speed and as a bonus, a touch screen. The touch screen works just as well as my ipad so I am very impressed. I have been a Mac person my whole life, but they are just expensive for me to afford right now. If you want an inexpensive, easy to use, touchscreen laptop, this is the one!
This product is... Good sound quality, A touch pad that works great, Big screen size, easy to set up, lightning fast
About me... Basic web surfing & emails, Student, Gamer, Comfortable with technology

How much does this TV weigh

Andy, I have moved my TV around many times, and to me, the TV feels about 20 to 30 pounds. It is not very heavy at all.

Can you connect video game consoles on this tv without harming it?

Yes Juan, you can. I have my Xbox 360, Wii, and a Blueray player all hooked up to this TV, and the picture is beautiful!

Why does my set say 1080i and 60Hz on info button when it's suppose to be a 1080p and 120Hz set?

It should just be a setting you can change. Look in the menu for more display options, and see if you can change the resolution. Also, depending on what product you have plugged in, the product might be set to 1080i and 60hz. If you think that is the case, go into the settings of whatever device you are using, and change the display settings.
