What's great about it: The size, price point, and picture
What's not so great: Takes a little time to dial it in
I've had this TV for 13 days now and have to say it's amazing! I did read the other reviews, and I think that others were way to quick to give up on this product. When you first hook everything up; it will take a little more time to set up all the features correctly on this TV (you will need to do more than just the ez set up screen# but once you do it's simply amazing. OK lets address the #1 most complained about part is the lip sync. Yes annoying and the auto correct on the TV and most receivers will not get it down right. However this is a simple fix, go to the manual adjustment on your receiver #most will have this feature# adjust to 5ms, and it will be spot on. Next go into TV menu and select the nice 240 motion feature, now select which TV viewing mode Dynamic/THX #yes this is a wonderful thing# and your set. There is no booming light from the corners, and with the Dynamic screen selected the TV #OPC)adjusts for how much light is in the room. Want to become a kid again? Just select the gaming mode while playing your favorite game, and prepare to be amazed. Just check out consumer reports, or talk to the Magnolia rep they will tell you all about it. Long and the short is everything looks great on this thing, 3D, Blue rays, even older DVD's. I think my jaw is still on the floor after watching 4k content on you tube. There is so many cool features that I could talk to you all day about them. Simply put, use good cables that can handle 4k, get a good 3D Blu-ray player (like the Samsung BD-7500) that can handle HD/4k, and you are going to love it. Expensive yes, however it's on sale for a good price, and the 0% finance option makes it a contender. You may just save some money, by not having to goto the movies ever again, yes it's that good.

Are the HDMI inputs on this 4K set, HDMI 2.0?

You can use HDMI 2.0 cables on this set, it will still accept the older HDMI cables however if you want to get the best picture you can and handle 3D as well as 4K, I recommend getting really good cables like the Monster 4k platinum.
Hope this helps

Handling 2 Cable Providers

I am looking at the 70" 4K Ultra TV, but want to make sure it will handle the following configuration. I intend to have 2 cable providers, DirecTV and Xfinity each with their own receiver and HDMI cables connected to two different HDMI inputs on this TV. Can I go to the DirectTV input to watch that cable provider and then switch to the Xfinity input when I want to watch its cable offerings?
Thanks, Ernie
Good evening,
I just wanted to answer your question quickly. Yes you can configure this TV that way if you wished.
