What's great about it: Just what I was looking for. Rear surround speakers work without long wires from the receiver.
I wanted to add rear speakers to my receiver without running long wires. This is just what I was looking for. It works great. I haven't experienced any of the problems reported by others e.g. humming sounds, interference, etc.. I have my portable telephone answering machine setting on the wireless speaker receiver and don't have any problems. I should point out that my portable telephone works on the 5Ghz range not the 2Ghz range. I bought it when it was on sale for $20 off, which I feel is a good price. I was also very pleased with the online purchasing experience and how quick the shipping was.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is this appropriate for...

I just want wireless speakers for a standard stereo. Speakers 30 feet apart...60 feet from the source. Will it work? Also...rather high watt amp. Thanks.
Should work fine. You won't need 60 ft. wires from your stereo, but you will need wires from the wireless speaker receiver to each speaker (total of 30 ft. for speakers 30 ft. apart).
