What's great about it: Performance, Memory, Speed, Start up, Easy Upgradable hardware, and Quiet

What's not so great: can only add memory using 4 GB ram

Very good quality. Recommend you buy a new monitor for best quality. It has two VGA and hdmi ports. has 4 USB 2.0 ports in back, 1 USB 3.0 in front. and another that seems to be on all the time. Two ram slots can be used to add 4 GB ram ONLY ( crashes if you put anything bigger or smaller than that). Do not get if you don't like windows 8. You can add another fan if you like (92 mm X 25 mm 4 pins).

This product is... Perfect for Business, quiet, A nice compact size, Attractive design, Premium quality mouse/keyboard combo, easy to set up, lightning fast, Sharp graphics

Does Best Buy input all the requested software?

Do you input to the computer i would buy software like Office and or Photo etc?
When i purchased my 1st computer (12 years ago) it came with everything already installed.

Tower is just whirring

Instructions are vague. I am reusing my dell monitor with the new keyboard and mouse and I get nothing happening except the whirring of the hard drive. Is it defective or am I missing something?????

it depends on whether you are using a VGA or hdmi. if that doesn't work then its defective

Most of my old text files I made in a 32 bit system. Can I read/edit them with a 62 bit PC?
