Have not figured out how to text with the ABC option
VERY EASY PUNCH IN PHONE NUMBER TO TEXT TO, THAN ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF LOWER PART OF SCREEN SHOULD SHOW OPTIONS. PUSH OPTIONS AND A LIST WILL COME UP WITH SEND TXT MESSAGE. HIGHLIGHT IT AND PUSH IT THAN IT WILL GO TO THE PAGE WHERE TO TYPE THE MESSAGE IN. WILL SHOW THE ABC LOWER LEFT, SO U CAN CHANGE THE TEXT CAPITALS, LOWER LETTERS ETC. THE SEND BUTTON IS IN THE CENTER THAT U WILL PUSH TO SEND UR MESSAGE WHEN DONE.

Does this phone have a hot spot? How can I activate it to use it?

I know that in the description, the phone - Nokia Lumia 521, is said to have wireless capability. Is that the hot spot. I had the Nokia 520, and under the descriptions for that phone it was said to also have a wireless capability but no where on the phone did it show being capable of a "hot spot." So is the wireless capability possibly something else. Thank you.
