What's great about it: features
What's not so great: havent found it yet
After dealing for 5 months wit my tv issues wit Isignia which ill never get again. I bought the new shard q series tv that I posted a negative review on. I exchanged it for this 2 weeks ago, yes two weeks ago. Even though Best Buy posted the tv in their flyers non of the stores in a 75 mile radius carried it which ment I had to order it. Being impatient I went to an Hhgregg store and bought it. Anyways every thing was easy to set up. It connected easily to the net which I couldn't do with the new Sharp Q. The smart hub is great, it connected to a 1T hard drive that has my music and movies on easily and the picture is nice and bright. The only suggestion I can say to Samsung is I Wish when you go into the menu that the screen should down size so you can still watch tv while you gp through the menue like it does when using the smart hub. Also I like the fact I can use the tv remote to controle my digital top box

What's great about it: Menu options
What's not so great: audio sound
I bought a Samsung 6300 model in a 55' and exchanged it for this cause it was 2014 model and claims to be better. The menu option is better than Samsung but the so called extra vibrate colors are not that noticeable than the Samsung, in fact Samsung picture is brighter and even at 120hz it has more of a crisp depth picture that pops out better than Sharps. I do like the sp;it screen when going into setups so you still can view the tv. it only connects to flash drives and not an external hard drive live the Samsung does. The kill factor for me was when my programs go to a commercial the sound makes a choppy echo effect sound like talking into a fan. some times it will stop before the program comes back on somethimes it carrys over to the program until next commercial or I switch to another channel and back

Can all Q Series TV's play 4K content?

I have noticed that some of the Q series TV's mention that they can play 4K content but not all of them mention this. Which ones do if you don't mind me asking.
Non of them, the Q series is a step above the hd series, the Q+ is step above the Q which is considered a 2k series and then there is the 4k. From my investigation about the 4k tvs that are coming out is video and tv don't provide 4k picture quality. Sony has a separate media hub that transfer the signal to 4k but as movies go this unit has 4k videos on it cause a regular blueray isn't 4k formated
