I bought these when one of my vintage Cambridge Soundworks Series 6 fronts blew the foam around the woofer, and we couldn't have Christmas without music. Best Buy had these on sale for $59 the pair, Polk has always been a reputable name, so how could one go wrong for the short term while the mains are being repaired? One simply can not go wrong with these speakers, even at their full price of ~$99. No, they aren't as warm as the CS's, and maybe don't have as smooth or deep a bottom end, but just by themselves, no sub, they sound pretty darn amazing, especially since they are itty bitty. These will replace the small Sonys I'm using for rears when the mains come back with fresh foam, as the Polks have way more presence.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Opened the package, turned it on, it paired with the phone and that was that. Great sound in the car, apparently on the other end as well. I like it so much I'm getting one for the wife's car.
The FM thing is a nice touch, although the sound quality isn't spectacular, but I am in a metro area where the frequencies are pretty full. Out in the middle of nowhere it may work just fine, and since this is a bonus feature and not why I bought the unit, I won't take away any style points for it's lackluster performance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: No,wires across the room
What's not so great: Nothing so far
My previous surround speakers were hardwired up through the ceiling and across the attic. Not this time. My son had a similar set up and recommended it. I wasn't all that convinced after seeing some of the issues noted in reviews, but can happily report none of those quibbles apply to my set up. There's no noises coming from the rear speakers, the sound field is excellent, and I am a satisfied customer. It's not completely wireless, as you do have to run wires from the rear box to the speakers, but that really shouldn't come as any surprise to anyone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Solid bass, excellent price
What's not so great: Nothing
Was forced into buying a powered sub when I bought my new Yamaha AV receiver, an unexpected expense. So I had to look for the best sub at the best price, and I found it. This sub adds a natural sounding bottom to everything, and will rock the house when I want it to I am satisfied, and even happier that I got it on sale for less than the listed price.
This product has... Right size for my space, Easy to set up, Good build quality, thunderous bass if desired
About me... practical, Tech savvy, discerning listener
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does this allow you to play music from your iPhone through the cars speaker system?

Yes, by tuning the FM radio to an unused frequency. The sound isn't all that, but I don't think that's entirely the Roadster's fault. I didn't even know it could do that when I bought it, so it was a bonus feature, but I almost never use it.

Speakers are not loud enough

I have the dial set to loud, but the speakers are not that loud. Is there a way to boost the sound output. Maybe an amplifier?
As I understand it, the Rocketfish box in the rear is also the amplifier for the rear speakers, so that's pretty much it.

Is it compatible with an iPhone 5?

It certainly should. Works fine with my 4S.
