Flash memory , particularly PNY's Turbo Plus (32GB USB 3.0) Flash Drives, are at the lowest prices I've ever seen. These are ideal to use for Windows 8 and 8.1 File History drives. "File History" is a feature in Windows 8 that can be turned on in the Control Panel, using this 32 GB Flash drive will keep an hourly backup of all the files you are using.

I have window 7 on my system at work but cannot edit my picture slideshow. How can I delete some clipart's on the my picture slideshow?
Slideshows are based on existing pictures in your computer. Find the existing location of the source folder where the photos are.

How do you turn off keyboard?
doesn't turn off when i flip off mouses on button also the battery indicator always says it's at like half power
If there is no on-off switch you can't turn it off unless the batteries are removed. Batteries usually last 6-8 months.

lost the usb transmitter
can I buy a replacement usb transmitter?
Wireless transmitters are usually only available with the unit at point of sale. I would recommend getting another wireless keyboard/mouse combo setup. Logitech offers Unifying keyboards and mice. That means if it's a Unifying product, the receiver can be programmed to the device (s).

My keyboard has suddenly started to substitute strange characters. How do I change this back? For example the question mark key is now shift 6.
Replace the battery. If that does not work get a new keyboard. Also, remember many keyboards have unique F Keys which would require you to hold down the FN key with a particular F key for special responses.

How do I transfer data from a Windows 7 computer to a Windows 8.1 computer the easiest way?
Use "This Computer" or "My Computer". To enable this on your Windows 8, 8.1 desktop right click the desktop, left click personalize and in the upper left click "Change Desktop icons". Make sure all are checked and OK. Using a flash drive transfer all user documents, picture, favorites etc., copy and paste, or drag the files to that drive. Insert the drive into the Windows 8, 8.1 computer and open "This Computer". Copy and paste, or drag the files to their locations on the new computer (picture, documents etc.)
