I rarely run into a product that exceeds my expectations. These guys have put a lot of thought into this--not just into the mount itself, but into the entire customer experience. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with this mount.
Design:
The mount is solid and sturdy and seems like overkill for my 32" set. It is fully adjustable and provides lock screws so you can lock the adjustments in a fixed position if you want.
Installation:
Easy. I was really impressed with the packing. All the hardware is well labelled. The design is flexible enough to handle just about any TV you could imagine and comes with a wide assortment of bolts to ensure you can find ones for you set. The installation is actually easier than many flat mount because the arm gives you room to make connections behind the set after mounting.
Extras:
They even provide zip ties to help with cable management.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Are there any problems mounting this to a brick wall? If not, will I need to buy separate anchors or will they come with it?

I have not done this, but they talk about it in the instructions. You need a set of concrete anchors. They say to call customer service at 800-620-2790 and they will send you a Fischer U10x60 concrete anchor kit. I have no idea if they charge extra for this. You will also need a 3/8" (10mm) masonry bit. Maybe this is included in the kit, it doesn't say.

How do you remove mount from TV for repair of TV?

Easy. Undo one screw. Then lift the TV off the mount. There is a bracket that stays attached to the TV. You would probably want to remove it before sending it out for service.

Portrait View

Can I turn the mount 90* so that the TV is in Portrait view instead of landscape view? And if so, can it be done easily on the fly, or does it require using tools to tighten/loosen parts.
I have not tried this, but I don't think you would have any problem doing so. You could not do it on the fly though.

You attach a set of arms to the back of the TV. It would just be a matter of changing the orientation when you bolt on those arms. But to swap back and forth you would have to take the TV down and undo and redo those four bolts, and a few screws that tie the arms together. I would say about 10-15 minutes to do the swap over.

What is distance between wall bracket mounting holes?

Looking for distance between holes on the bracket that mounts to the wall?
9-3/8". Probably works out to a nice even number in metric.
