My family has a mix of Android phones and tablets and iPods and this speaker system will play them all. Sound quality is very good for this price range. We use ours outside on our pool deck so my only concern is the glossy finish on the top of the unit getting scratched up. Overall it was well worth the money!
I would recommend this to a friend!

how do you connect bluetooth

I bought this second hand and was wondering how do you connect to bluetooth
For my Android tablet I went into settings and made my it discoverable and then searched for bluetooth devices (this searches for 2 minutes), then I pressed the Bluetooth button on the speaker. After about 5 - 10 seconds the connection was made.
