I've tried a few of the flat indoor antennas with and w/out amps. and this beat them all.The ClearStream 2V Long-Range HDTV Antenna just about doubled the channels I got with the flat ones. I'm using this indoors and receiving 33 digital and 2 analog channels. I'll be buying another for the downstairs hook up.

I live in a 4-story apartment building, I'm on the 1st floor, inside unit. There is a garden open area that is in the center. If I used this antenna inside, do you think it would pick up the reception? I live in Burbank, very close to antennas.
I would suggest using www.tvfool.com to find distance and direction to towers and a compass to point. I use mine indoors and I am very pleased with it.

Can I use this with my RV?
Can I use this with my RV? How would I know where to aim it?
I would say yes. You could check local channels in the area your in by zip code and then use an compass app on your phone to point it.
