Proper set up configuration for the optical and usb connections?

When connecting a PS4 and and XboxOne, how do I route the USB and Optical connections, so that it will work with both systems without having to unplugging this and move it here. I understand how to connect one system or the other, but how do I do it at one time?
You can have it connected to 1 system at a time. Doesn't matter if it's ps or xbox, both will be connecting same way, and adjusted in the system preferences.

How do u program them

How do u program them
If I understand you right, "to program" you mean by setting sound modes, you need to download turtle beach program for you computer, weather it's windows or mac. After you connect both docking station and headphones you will be able to program it.

does this work on the pc flawlessly?

Wondering as I had bought ear force tangos from turtle beach late last year and despite them saying it would work it was plagued with issues.
I use it with my computer as well, mostly via 3.5mm cable. Works perfect.
