I purchased this same microwave before but it broke within months. Gave it another try and this one has lasted longer over 6 months without any problems. This is the only compact white colored microwave that I liked in terms of design and ease of use.
This product is or has... A turntable that cooks evenly, Easy to use controls, Big enough to handle large items, Easy to clean, easy to install

Do you have Model #R309YK at Best Buy?

We purchased this microwave a couple of times as it is the only compact white microwave we liked. However the 1st one lasted about 2 years (purchased 2/26/2012) and the next one (purchased 4/19/2014) and just broke. It's great while it works but expect it to work for only 1 or 2 years.
