I purchased this router because I was having the Internet installed at my house and didn't want to pay a monthly fee from the cable company to rent theirs. This router said it would work with time warner cable and was one of their approved units. One note is that it has a funny name as the pass key
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have high-speed Internet service provided by my cable company, Sudden Link. They lease me an ARRIS 802.11n modem/router. However, I have a large, two-story home, and half of it has poor coverage with that equipment. How can I expand my coverage?

The two routers are about the same. I would buy a wifi booster. They are about $30 and plug into the wall.
