What's great about it: Good price, thin, disc drive, light
What's not so great: Display, keyboard
Let me preface this by saying that I'm coming from a gaming laptop that had an Ivy Bridge i7 processor, 8 GB RAM, and a 7200 RPM HDD.
Now, onto good parts of this laptop. For what it is, it is a very solid machine. I got this when it was on sale for $329, and I got a further 10% off because I had recently moved. And for what I paid, I feel very satisfied with my purchase. The i3 processor has enough power to give the computer a decent amount of zip and the 4 GB RAM (even though it is fixed) is enough to multitask nicely. It can't play modern games, but it should have enough power with the integrated graphics to play older ones like Diablo II and possibly more recent ones that aren't graphically intense. Even at the original $349, I would still think this is a good value. The screen is pretty good, even if it is only 1366x768.
Now, onto some of the drawbacks of this computer. One of them is the fact that it only comes with two USB ports, one 3.0 and one 2.0. This might not be so bad but if you want to use more than one device, you'll need to buy a USB hub in order to surpass the two device limit. I think this is annoying because if you use a wireless mouse, you really only have one port. Another negative is the speed of the hard drive. At 5400 RPM, this computer boots on the slower side of the spectrum. You could replace it with something faster (7200 RPM, SSD, SSHD), but opening the computer voids the warranty. The battery is not removable unless you open the casing, also voiding the warranty. Also, the trackpad takes some getting used to.
Some general things for anyone interested. Yes, it does come pre-loaded with Win8. I don't know if you can uninstall it and put Win7. I've heard that you can but you have to mess with the BIOS in order to do it so take that as you will. I personally found that Classic Shell did the trick to remove having to deal with the annoying Metro interface. Personally, I was able to update to 8.1 without too much trouble. After installing the 95+ (!) updates, it hung on the rebooting screen for about 4 hours. Once it reboots, go to Control Panel > System and Security > Find and Fix Problems > Fix problems with Windows Update. This will prevent it from hanging when booting again. Installing 8.1 brings back the Start Menu as well so you don't need Classic Shell after installing it. Finally, there isn't a lot of bloatware to remove from the computer, which is very nice.
Hope this helps you with your decision to purchase this computer!

You can run games like Diablo III, Crysis 3 and BF4 ??

Maybe Diablo III if the settings are all turned down to low. But I think Crysis 3 and BF4 would be too much to run without a dedicated GPU

Is there a tray to load CD's and DVD's in the computer? How much GHZ does this laptop have.

Yes, this computer comes with a optical drive. The processor is 1.8 GHz if that's what you mean
