I've had this for 2 years now, still runs great. It's easy to maintain and while the self-cleaning makes a little more noise than I expected, it's not like it's going to wake up the neighbors. With regular foil changes I expect to get another 5 years out of this thing, and I would love to have it that long!

I waited a long time to buy a slim drive because I didn't really see the need before I had a smart tv, but it proves itself more useful everyday. Wireless is not always reliable and it's nice to have a convenient hard-wired option.

I love the size of this phone and the screen is great. The processor is pretty good, but I do get one consistent performance issue... regardless of device I'm connected to or application I use, this phone seems to have poor performance over Bluetooth. It's fine on calls, but playing music through various devices can lag and skip from minor annoyance to absolutely unbearable.
Other than that I like the phone- it's a great feel for me and performs pretty well.

I got a great deal on this product for the time I bought it, it was simple to set up and has been a fantastic tool between my computer and my smart TV. Then my coworker moved into a new house, with no cable for the next month... I loaded this up with kids movies (he has 3) and some TV and it made such a huge difference for his family that he bought an identical drive so we could swap back and forth to get him new content.
So yeah, I would recommend this to a friend lol.

I'm a big Razer fan and I needed a mouse pad (cheap desk was losing its finish QUICK), decided to spring the extra few bucks to support the brand. It has a really nice feel, decent hold on the desk, and cleans easily in the sink (handy!). that said, it is a little small for my taste, and given that it's so thin and light it's super grippy underside can't really keep it bolted down by any means.
I wish I had gone with a larger pad, but this was the only one I had available (in store) that wasn't super obnoxious.
That's my only complaint though, it's still a high quality product

Found these cheaper in Best Buy than anywhere else, to my pleasant surprise. First time I changed this out I had pushed the length, watching the "Min" line skeptically, but it made a difference, and was way dirtier than I expected. I'll be changing it regularly from now on.

mobile downloading options?
I want to put some digital movies on a device so my kids can watch them in the car on road trips. Currently, they have kindle fire hd 8gb and we can only store one movie on it. Thats fine at home because of the network. Can i use this to store movies and then use a usb to hook up the kindle to watch or download more movies? On a car ride im looking for some way to let them watch more movies. is this an option? are there other options?
Absolutely! This is a perfect example of a reason to own a slim drive.
So long as your device (Kindle, Tablet, W/E) can access files connected to it through USB, like on a thumb drive, you can use this. I would recommend downloading all the content you want from your computer to the slim drive, then simply remove it from the computer and plug it to the device.
