This is a compact and beautifully designed printer. It's sleek and chic! I had to have it because it looked so good! Unfortunately it doesn't last more than a year or so. The scanner was the first thing to go out. Now I can't even turn the thing off without unplugging it. Error message C4EBA7C1 is all that comes up on a solid blue screen. When I bought it, it was almost $300.00. I notice now that the price has been significantly reduced. If I were you, I'd go with a less attractive and better quality printer unless you enjoy throwing your money away. Also, I didn't buy mine from Best Buy. I got it directly from HP.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great TV! Super sleek and beautiful picture. I love all of the functions with the Smart TV's! I've bought several and they are all wonderful. Samsung has outstanding TV products.

I bought this for my Grandmother and my two elderly Aunts as a Christmas present. They love it! The simplistic desktop menu makes it easy for them to get around and find what they need. Their eyesight isn't great so the large screen is a huge plus for easy viewing. It's a very fast and beautiful machine and I'm thinking about getting another one for my daughter this Christmas.

I would recommend this to a friend!

Is the Envy compatible w/Windows 8?

Yes but don't waste your money on this printer.

Paper door stays open all the time

When I close the door the unit shuts down how can this be fixed?

Though beautiful, it's just not a well made printer. I don't think there is a fix. I would part ways with it now and get something that will last.
