What's great about it: Good price
What's not so great: Everything else
This is my third toshiba. It is so slow that I thought something was actually wrong with it. Contacted Geek Squad so that they could fix it. (I had purchased a one year tech support - service) Remotely they worked on it for 8 hours by fine tuning it. It was still extremely slow at the end.
Nothing is actually wrong, it is simply very slow.
I have a part time business, If i keep the lap top it will cost me too much.
Very dissappointed with Toshiba.
About me... Business Professional, Comfortable with technology
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i ordered it, so i really do hope it comes with it!
