What's great about it: The look, design, and space.
What's not so great: Nothing
I absolute love this new refrigerator we purchased from Best Buy last month. The design is beautiful and still very functional. It provides a lot more space than my old GE Monogram which had the same volume. I no longer run out of room after grocery shopping. Temperatures are accurate and consistent. It's quiet. I bought this model for the middle drawer which makes it so easy to get frequently used items. The whole shopping experience at Best Buy was great. Best Buy offers great reward program. It was hassle free when I decided to cancel my extended warranty. The installation and delivery had some hiccup, but was resolved quickly. Great purchase!!
This product has... Produce enough ice to meet my needs, Consistent temperature throughout, Tall water dispenser, Lots of door storage, Multiple temperature zones, Design I love, No hard to reach spots, Humidity controlled drawers, A freezer designed to fit full-size pizza boxes, Runs quietly

0 for freezer and 37 for refrigerator.

How many days after purchasing an item can you bring in the receipt and get the sale price?
15 days. I did that and it was hassle free. Great customer service.

How deep are the shelves?
I want to fit large items like veggie trays and pizza boxes in the refrigerator. What is the usable depth of the shelves? What is the usable depth of the FlexZone drawer?
The back of the frig is a little curved. The depth of the shelve is between 14.5" to 16".

What is the height of this model including hinges?
I have exactly 70 1/8" max. height. Will this model fit in? I saw a review that indicated this model may vary in dimensions.
It's 70" tall. I believe you need some clearance for ventilation either from the top or the sides.

bottom freezer drawer
I have an island that is close to the refrigerator. In order to see if I have enough clearance, I need to know how far the bottom freezer draw can be pulled out
