What's great about it: performance, backlit keyboard is wow great! size. Sound is really good for music and streaming.
What's not so great: Nothing
I'm very happy with this purchase. The keyboard is very well lit, press fn key and then space bar and keyboard lites up. Love the compact size also has some weight to it, seems well made. Thank you Best Buy for the 12 month Financing! I hope it lasts a long time. I had sum problems setting up to wifi after 20 tries it told me to push the button on my wifi. Then! logging in with Microsoft, It forgot my password that I wrote down 2 times. It told me to log in to Microsoft to reset my password. I had another laptop to do that with and reset my password after that a Very Happy Face! Also look it up a very long battery life.
This product is... Good sound quality, A touch pad that works great, A nice compact size, lightning fast
About me... Budget Conscious, Basic web surfing & emails, Comfortable with technology
I would recommend this to a friend!

wireless ac?

I just bought this laptop from a best buy in my area and the wifi card does NOT support wireless ac. Is it supposed to or is that a mistype?
I had a tough time as it didn't take to my correct password after many times It said push the button on the router I pushed reset button and Bingo. Hope this helps you.
