Having Trouble

Our Sony DVD player will only play in black and white. There is no manual included, difficult to trouble shoot. Anyone have any advice?

I only get black & white picture. Everything else works fine. I have HD TV and used HDMI connection. Also used white, red and yellow connection.
No help on screen. Can't figure it out. Anyone with a clue on how to solve problem???
We are having the same problem. Black and white picture. Am looking for an online manual. If I find one I will let you know.
