If the line is in place from a previous fridge, hooking it up could not be easier. If not, there are simple kits available the will allow you to install a line from underneath the sink. You'll likely have to drill a couple of small holes inside cabinet walls between the sink and fridge. You will need to be able to shut off the water at the meter or at a valve under the sink to tap a supply line. Pretty easy stuff if you don't want the expense of a plumber and are limber enough to work under the sink.
