C'mon LG! NOWHERE is there space for an open/corked bottle of fabulous Sonoma County Chardonnay! AND the ice compartment is VERY small. Would I buy it again? Yes. I just need LG to pay attention to these minute details that would make it the ONLY SOLUTION ON THE MARKET. It's VERY lit-up inside, shelving system is great and stays oddly clean (does not show water marks, etc), there is a bit of a "ledge" when the freezer is closed—which is great when getting lots of stuff, or have a blender in my hand to load up, etc. I must buy an ice-making bar fridge to make up for the lack of ice (I used an 8 oz sr. crm. tub to give you perspective). But I'd still buy it again! I
I would recommend this to a friend!

The door into the kitchen is 24" wide, what refrigerator will fit through it?
The same one that fits in an Airstream.

Is there a model that is not as deep but possibly wider than the usual full size model?
Yes. LG makes one. But you lose the extra space, unlike Miele or SubZero who give you more height.

How much ice per hour/day will this make?
The current Lg refrigerator we have makes around 1 tray of ice per hour. Aprox 8 cubes, and it is not enough.
No...not enough if you are ice users. We are going to buy the GE bar fridge with a well-reviewed ice maker to supplement.

Access items in door from inside the fridge
Can you access the milk/juice holder on the right door from inside the refrigerator? Or can it only be accessed when opening the easy access door.
Yes you can access from inside. You "push" it in slightly, and it bounces back out to you..kinda like a gas cover on your car.

what is the absolute best way to keep the stainless steel finish looking new?
Buy Miele. Sorry to be a drag, but I have tried NEARLY everything. Miele shows NOTHING. I didn't know how good I had it in an all Miele kitchen—the dishwasher fronts show NOTHING and clean beyond belief!! Hopefully someone here will post a magical solution.

Can this refrigerator be used abroad in asia ( 220 Volt)? if not is their dual version available?
You should call LG (manufacturer) and ask this question. I'm sure they have had this question before!

I sometimes have condensation running down the inside of my french doors and puddling on the freezer drawer top - how can i avoid the condensation?
No...I don't! That sounds odd like a seal is not right. For what you paid, I would take it back if less than three years old.
