I got this as a back up - PLENTY OF SPACE - FAST READ and WRITE SPEED. Definitely a MUST for tech support professionals and tech savy individuals.

I was a bit hesitant at first (not a brand i will pick) but i was on a budget and i wanted to upgrade my LCD monitor. It was the BEST PICK for the budget! CRISP, CLEAN, SUPER FAST LOADING WITH NO LAG ON GAMES (USING the HDMI port) - THIS PC SCREEN IS A GAMERS DREAM ON A BUDGET!

I was really surprised with the speed this card could write data, i am using it with my camera and tried it with a Taekwondo tournament - and i was able to capture defining moments a lot faster that my old SD was giving me lag time... I will definitely upgrade all my SD cards. THIS IS A GREAT BUY!!!

Got this for my kid and he uses it for music and games - He is very happy with it compared to the old speakers that he was using - I purchased a "Logitech - Z506 5.1 Surround Sound Speakers (6-Piece) - Black" not so long ago from best buy and this was the next model available - since it's just for a medium size room i didn't think it would have that much kick - BUT THIS PC SPEAKERS CARRIES A PUNCH - A VERY GOOD BUY INDEED!!!

Definitely better than the TV speakers and better than the sound bar that i got for a budget - this one is way better in quality and the bass is impressive for the price. GET THIS ONE AND SAVE YOURSELVES the headache. AN EXCELLENT BUY - BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!!!

What's great about it: FAST and UPGRADABLE
What's not so great: A BIT NOISY
THIS product is great off the box, upgradable and fast - plug and play for the bluetooth and wireless wifi via usb that i installed, My kid is a gamer and he's pleased with it, budget wise it is perfect but if your a real die hard gamer you would probably need 64GB RAM or 128GB and of course an upgrade in the Graphics card and a new 2TB SSD would give you and edge- Nevertheless this is a BEAST.
This product has... good sound quality, Easy to set up, great picture quality, Lightning fast

PC and Mac compatible back and forth?

Can i copy/save photos/documents from a PC and open/read them on a Mac? And vice versa?
Yes you could - (AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT FORMAT IT IN A PC OR A MAC FORMAT - let it be. If you would like to format it format it to FAT32 so the interoperability is WIN and MAC and Unix compatible.

Where can you find the online manual?

Might sound like a weird question. But I had recently purchased this PC and gave it to GeekSquad to install softwares on it. Later when I got the PC it was missing the instruction sheet. Was it included in the first place? or did something happen at GeekSquad and they lost my manual. I had recently checked with them, they didn't say weather they had it at all. They just said "No, we don't have any manuals."
Any answers will be much obliged.
Mine didn't come with any manuals - it came with the NVIDIA card manual though ( graphics card ) but it's already installed. Which part of the PC do you have a question with? You could probably check the box for the invoice which have the breakdown of the installed components that came with the PC.
