Had it less than 3 years and at about 2 years it started to get condensation inside. I finally determined it was the flap behind the doors that is suppose to seal it, and it wasn't closing. Tech support wanted to send a repair man. Found 2 solutions: use washers to lower the channel at the top of the opening (it worked). Or, you can buy a $6 part (hinge) and spend an hour taking the door off and putting it back on. It would be a great fridge if they fixed the door problem, and the inner cheese drawer was two pieces instead of one large one. It is a little louder than my old 1978 one--it has low groan sound. Ice maker takes a lot of space in freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's not so great: Battery Failure
Worked ok for a few years and then the battery failed without notice causing the power to cease immediately. Ironic that an UPS would fail without warning!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Where is the water dispenser located in the refrigerator?
Left side on the inside. Not on the door but on near the front edge of the inside.

What is the depth of this refrigerator?
Inside depth is 19-1/2" for large shelves and the doors shelves are 7-1/4"

Someone else have asked a similar question to this but not exact. Please tell me if the front is magnetic? I would like to put magnets on it.
We have white door and it holds magnets. The stainless steel version should also hold magnets.

My refridgerator will not cool below 55 degrees and there appears to be a lot of ice build up in the back. What should I do?
Vacuum the coils of any dust and check to see the door flap closes behind the French doors. Otherwise, call in for service.

Do I need a water line installation kit with my refridgerator? It's a Samsung RF261BEAEB
I bought a refrigerator from a BB store and all I purchased was the refridgerator and the insurance...yet on the website they say others bought the water line installation kits, ice cube line kits and no one told me about these. Are they important to my Samsung running properly??
No danger so long as you shut off the ice maker (ICE OFF button). You don't need to hook the water up to this one. But, if you do, the connector is (should) be provided but not the additional parts for installing a water line from the main pipe to your fridge. These kits are pretty easy to get at your hardware store.

Because it's made from steel which is made with iron.

What are the dimensions? Height, depth, width, etc? Thanks.
H: 70" (68-1/2" in height for most of its depth but the hinges are covered in a plastic cowling that raises to 70" for the last 5" of depth.)
W: 36"
D: 31-3/4 plus add 3"for handles = 34-3/4". From back to the front opening face is 29"
