I've only had it a few days, so I can't comment on the longevity. It fit exactly in the space where my old one had been. The look is very nice and clean, makes the kitchen look really nice. It heats food evenly and very well. The fan works really well. The magnetron has a 10 year warranty. I really don't care that it doesn't have a timer, which seems to be a common complaint; I never used a timer to start a MW cooking; I don't see the big deal. The installation was really easy, the templates were easy to line up and use; my wife and I got it installed perfectly in just about 30 minutes or so. The rack means we can heat up 2 plates of food at once. So far, we really like it a lot. If I had it longer, I'd probably give it 5 stars.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Noticed on the manual the maximum cabinet depth is 14", is this only if you are gonna use the hidden vent?

The cabinet depth is not affected by the vent method.

Where is this microwave made? Is there a way to look this up on line?

It's made in China. It says so on the box.

Can this be put into a pre-existing sleeve in my kitchen?

I have a slip in my kitchen and I'm replacing an old one. Can I just slide this one in where the old one was or does it have to be mounted? Thanks
After removing the old (20 years old Whirlpool) mounting bracket and installing the new one, I realized that it could have been hung on the old one. The unit mounts by a bracket on the wall at the back of the bottom of the unit, then the unit is swung up and held up by two bolts through the cabinet. One additional hole is needed to run the power cord up into the cabinet as well. It was really quite easy. It is a 2 person operation. All hardware is included; you just need a drill and a Phillips screwdriver.

Can this be vented to the inside?

Yes, out of the box, it is set up to be vented to the inside. The filtered air come out of the top of the unit at about a 45 degree angle away from the unit and the cabinets, which is nice because is doesn't spew humidity all over the cabinets above.

There are additional parts included if you want to vent to the outside.

does everything come with this microwave for installation, power cord etc?

Does everything you need to install this microwave come with it, installation bracket and power cord?
Everything you need is included, all hardware and fasteners, all you need is a drill and a Phillips head screwdriver. Easy to install. The templates which show where to drill the holes, especially the one for under the cabinet (the top of the unit) are just flimsy paper, but I've found this to be the case for all brands. You will need 2 people to get the installation done.
