What's great about it: Gesat picture
What's not so great: NOT SMART will not connect to Netflix Techs can't fix problem
really bad customer support from Samsung constant run arounds and transfers spent over 4 hours trying to get it resolved have been on twice THEY WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE and it cannot be fixed many people on line over 31,000 having the same issue it needs to be RECALLED

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Model # un40eh5300f xza Samsung smart TV 40 " will not connect to Netflix Techs can't fix it remotely They will send someone to replace motherboard i spent over 4 hours on phone with this issue
