To anyone that gave this lower than 4 stars doesn't understand and appreciate this product. I've jump started 2 cars easily. Its compact design makes it convenient and takes up little room in my trunk. And the 7500 mAh battery can fully charge my cell phone 3 times before it needs recharging.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What is the difference between this and the $249.99 calibration?

SKU: 3552345 is a TV Calibration for $249.99 and it has a bit more detail as to what the service provides. What is the difference between this $149.99 service and the $249.99 service?
A calibration is performed after the TV has been running for 100 hours. It does not involve set up, programming, and connecting sources. It takes about 90 minutes and involves running a program on their laptop and light sensors to determine the best color quality for your TV and the room you have it in. Every calibration is different. It is the best thing you can do to your television, it improves picture quality and reduces power consumption to help your TV last longer.

Geek Squad® - Whole Room Setup with Nonconcealed Wires

I asked the question : What exactly does this mean? "pre-installation site survey with a list of everything needed for the installation"
To which i did get an answer from you : A site survey is a physical inspection that allows the installer to determine what parts, accessories, or additional labor may be required to complete any given installation. They also provide installers the opportunity to discuss additional services, such as wall mounting and home networking, with the purchaser prior to starting work.
My next question : Is the site Survey done before the day of the appointment or is it done on the same day at the time of the appointment?
If at the time of the scheduled appointment, then how am I supposed to get the parts and accessories needed immediately, so that the tech can complete the installation?
For example, if the tech says that I need an optical cable OR a subwoofer cable OR additional speaker wire then the tech will not be able to finish my installation. He would have to come another day and do the balance of the installation and then I would be charged again. I hope I was able to explain my predicament....
Please advise. Thank you.
It is up to the client. Geeksquad recommends time between the site survey and date of installation so that any additional accessories or labor be purchased to make the actual installation run smoothly.

Old TV Removal?

Does the $169 "Whole Room Setup" include removing and disposing of an old CRT television?
Yes when they are 32 inches or smaller. Larger sets need to be hauled away by a 3rd party.
